Refund & Return Policy

At Aciki, we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of a confirmed factory defect (such as holes, stains, or damage).

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the defect for review.

2. Lost Packages

If the delivery company loses your package, we will issue a reshipment of the same item. Refunds are not available in this case.

3. Sizing Issues

If you ordered according to our size chart and the item received is significantly different, we will issue a reshipment of the correct size.

4. No Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake, we cannot process an exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

5. Delivery Failures

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect/unknown address or phone number, we will contact you for updated details.

If we don’t receive a response within the courier’s holding period, the order will be closed and unfortunately we cannot take further action.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a 6-hour window after being placed.

To request a cancellation, you must email us immediately at support@aciki.com
 with your order number.

7. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incomplete or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue a reshipment at no extra cost.

8. Shipping Delays 

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or public holidays, as these are outside of our control.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
